Most people comment that the attractiveness of the community influenced them in purchasing their home here.  It is our goal to preserve this beauty through active enforcement of the covenants.  The resulting benefit is increased property values for all.  If there are any questions, please refer to your own copy of the Protective Covenants or view the Governing Documents on our web site.

The Architectural Control Committee – and YOU – are responsible for enforcement of the covenants.  These are the rules outlined in the Protective covenants that you agreed to abide by when you purchased your home in Country Lane.  All exterior changes require application, review and approval prior to commencement of any work: landscaping, decks, paint, roofing, etc.  Architectural applications with supporting documentation (paint samples, etc.) should be sent to Hammersmith for processing.  Any concerns regarding covenant enforcement should be directed to the ACC (Dave Neidlinger at 303-755-1192) or through Hammersmith Management. The new approved colors for painting are available at KWAL or Sherwin Williams: request the new Country Lane color guide.  You may also use the colors of most of the homes currently in the community.  This color list is available on the web site or from Hammersmith. 

The Board of Directors of Country Lane is responsible for the financial well-being and maintenance of the common property owned by the association.  This includes the pool, clubhouse, greenbelt and trees, and perimeter fencing and pool fencing for the community.  The board of Directors holds their Executive Board meetings on the fourth Thursday of each month at the clubhouse.  The Open Forum is from 7:00 to 7:30pm for homeowner input and you are invited to remain – the entire meeting is open.
