Not all Website content is available unless you are signed in. If you are a Homeowner please sign in so that you can see everything and experience the full benefits of what this website has to offer.

We've put Country Lane on this new web site to provide you with more convenience and a wealth of online services and opportunities to share ideas and information; get news and announcements; access an online resource center for important association documents and forms; join discussion forums; utilize the member directory; and much more.
Document Center includes a folder for Newsletters. The Architectural Application is also under the Document Center in the Forms folder.
We're excited about offering online association services and consider the service a valuable amenity for the association. For an overview of the service and a few ideas as to how it can help save you time and get you connected with our community, click About Online Services.
Save a tree Another important aspect of the web site is the ability to save the Association money! By signing up to receive newsletters and announcements on-line, the HOA will save on printing and mailing costs. The world will save on trees. Just enter your e-mail address and check the box to receive notices only by e-mail!
Community Directory The community directory is listed under Contacts. The web site has various levels of security, so only those who are registered members of the community (your neighbors) can view Country Lane's member directory. If you do not wish to have your name and address listed, you may opt to be taken out. Go to CONTACTS / Community Directory, find your name, and click Edit. Uncheck the box “Display within directory.” On the other hand, you can add your e-mail address or other information such as interests you would like to share with neighbors. You can elect to receive your newsletters via e-mail from now on!
We hope you'll take advantage of this new service. Your input and suggestions will be appreciated. |
